Brenda Cummings, OTR, CHT

Graduating from the University of Kansas in 1984; Brenda began her career as a home health Occupational Therapist on Maui, Hawaii. In 1986, she found a passion for rehabilitating upper extremities, resulting in a Certification in Hand Therapy in 1991. Brenda opened Harmony Hand & Physical Therapy Center, Inc. in 2002. Brenda is a guest lecturer at Colorado State University in the Occupational Therapy Program. She is a past Vice President of the Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado and has been an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists since 1991. Brenda coordinates a quarterly Hand Journal Club for Northern Colorado hand surgeons and hand therapists to collaborate on current practice methods for the upper extremity.

Maud Monnet, PT

Maud moved to Fort Collins from Paris, France in 1991. In 1985, she completed her physical therapy studies in France. Maud has extensive experience in orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. Additionally, she is qualified in lymphedema management and kinesiotaping. Maud completed certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TPDN) in 2011, and is utilizing this treatment method in treating muscle spasms and imbalances throughout the body. She has traveled with the US Olympic wrestling team as the team physical therapist.

Sue Dukart, OTR, CHT

Susan graduated from Colorado State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in occupational Therapy. She has been practicing in the field of Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation since November of 1989, and has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1994. Sue was trained in the Foldi method of complete decongestive therapy for lymphedema management in 2002. Sue is active with the CSU OT program in supervising OT students and in providing shadowing opportunities for pre-OT students. She is also coordinating evidence based practice guidelines for Harmony Hand & Physical Therapy Center, Inc. Sue is an active volunteer at Big Thompson Elementary School in the literacy program and helping in the classroom. Sue and her family enjoy being in the great outdoors of Colorado; hiking, biking, camping, and boating.

Jennifer Wiley, MA, MPT

Jennifer, a Colorado native, holds two master’s degrees in physical therapy and exercise physiology from Northern Arizona University. After working several years in home health care she joined Harmony Hand and PT in 2006. She is certified in Active Release Techniques for upper extremity and spine conditions. Jennifer has a special interest in treating foot and ankle injuries/conditions, including the use of orthotics when applicable.

Lorie Y. Barker, OTR

Lorie graduated from Colorado State University in 1998, at which time she bagan her career as a therapist in the U.S. Army. She is a Colorado native. As a therapist in the Army she gained extensive experience in upper extremity rehabiliation performing neuromusculoskeletal evaluations for a wide variety of diagnoses. She has extensive experience with traumatic injuries, post-operative management of upper extremity condition and splint fabrication. Lorie is also certified in A.R.T. (Active Release Technique) for the upper extremities. Lorie treats patients in both of our clinics.

Dona J. Leonard, MS. OTR, CEAS

Dona J. Leonard, MS, OTR, CEAS II, is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist who has practiced in Northern Colorado since 2005. She has performed job analysis within all facets of governmental and private industry, and provided upper extremity outpatient injury rehabilitation for workers’ compensation cases. As Industrial Medicine Coordinator for the Windsor Clinic, she is proud to offer WorkSTEPS® pre-employment, fit-for-duty and functional capacity evaluation services and eager to meet with Windsor and Weld County business and industry leaders to introduce this exciting new program for reducing injury rates for businesses both large and small.   Dona is an X-RTS Certified User and is now serving her third term representing Harmony Hand on the BBB/Pinnacol Safety Committee and actively participates in planning the Business and Safety Expo each fall. She has a background in massage therapy prior to entering the field of Occupational Therapy.  Dona enjoys her family time,  yoga, and Salsa dancing!

Becky Todd, Insurance Billing Coordinator

Becky moved to Colorado in 1997 from the midwest (good move). She enjoys getting to know the patients, helping them with billing/payment concerns and working with the challenges of the current insurance industry (most days).

Hannah Runnels, Medical Receptionist

Hannah moved to Colorado in 2005 after attending Indiana University, where she focused her studies on fine arts and music. She followed her passion for working with the public and began work at Harmony Hand & P.T. while remaining actively involved in vocal performance at local swing and jazz events. She loves the opportunity to help others, as well as getting to know each individual patient.
